Careem Rides (KSA): Reliability Campaign.
Till mid 2023 Careem KSA had to face a big reliability issue. If someone booked a ride on Careem app it use to take 20-30 minutes to get a booking. This also hampered the image of the brand to greater extent.
But later in the same year Careem resolved this issue by hiring more Captains. As a result of this people started getting ride bookings immediately with ETA of just 3-6 minutes.
Careem wanted to communicate this positive change to the people of KSA so they can start trusting the brand again.
Inorder to demonstrate this we used SOS situations in our creative executions because its during the emergency that one needs the ride booking as quick as possible.
